Instead of having to purchase certificates individually as other companies require, with our company you only pay a small monthly licensing fee, which allows you to print an unlimited number of certificates. Whether you need 100 or 1,000,000, you’ll quickly come to see that it's considerably more cost effective than paying for each one individually. All our certificates have high-perceived value. The certificates are only valid for 30 days from issue, (the expiry date is shown on the certificate) which means you can add a sense of urgency to your promotion. However, the holder does not have to take the holiday before the certificate expires. They merely need to go online and redeem it for a small fee, which covers postage and packaging. A reservation voucher will then be despatched by mail from the travel agency through which they will ultimately book their holiday.

From the date of redemption, the client has 12 months (in some cases 2 years) to book, and take, their luxury holiday.

The redemption process is very simple, is done online by the person redeeming the certificate and therefore does not take up any of your valuable time.

Certificate License Content

When you subscribe to a certificate license you receive the following:

Master PDF files: For each certificate you will download a small software application containing the master PDF file for that certificate. The application allows you to update the certificate with a valid certificate number, insert the expiry date of the certificate and add your company's name.
Unlimited Printing of Certificates: You will receive PDF files for each of the certificates that will allow you to print an unlimited number of certificates to hand to your customers. Each certificate is a standard A4 size when printed. There is no limit on how many certificates you print. Or you can just print one certificate and have copies made at a print shop.
Unlimited Certificate Use Online: You can upload your certificates to your website to give to your Internet customers. This feature is extremely convenient allowing your customers to print their certificate online so you don’t have to mail them the certificate.
Personalization of Certificates: You can personalize the certificates to include your business name and/or website address in the "Compliments of" area. Your information will show on both the printed and online certificates. You can change this information as many times as you want, so if you have more than one division to your company, you can print separate certificates with each business name on them.
Bi-weekly updates: The certificates are only valid for 30 days from issue therefore they need to be updated. To ensure you have certificates that are valid for at least 2 weeks, we will send you new valid certificate numbers and expiry dates on 1st and 15th of the month by email. You simply open the application, update the certificate with a new, valid certificate number, insert the expiry date of the certificate and add your company's name. It takes about 2 minutes to update each certificate.
